Easy Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Jumbo Breakfast Biscuit
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 2.75oz Packets of Gravy Mix Pioneer Country Brand Preferred
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 2-3 Cups Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Half Onion Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage in pan (brown slightly) then set aside.
  • Grease 9X13 dish.
  • Soften onion in pan
  • Cook gravy mix according to packet instructions.
  • Cut biscuits into fourths and line the bottom of 9X13 dish.
  • Combine gravy, onion and sausage.
  • Pour a layer over biscuits and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Mix eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
  • Pour eggs as next layer.
  • Add remaining gravy to the top of eggs and cover with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
