Using the marinade injector, inject ham all over with bourbon and Coca-Cola mix.
Decorate with pineapple slices and cherries secured with toothpicks.
Wrap ham in foil and bake at 275 degrees for 12-15 minutes per pound.
Notes
Note the consistancy of the brown sugar with mustard, add more of either to balance. Also follow cooking time recommended in ham packaging of available.
